Please note that the task of our complaint management department is to examine incoming complaints to see if they reveal flaws in the underlying EPO procedures. Decisions on procedural requests are taken by the department in charge of the file concerned at that specific procedural stage. In proceedings before the EPO, only the parties to those proceedings have the right to make such requests.
